ABSTRACT
This research is concern with housing problems in the university town of a case study of Ekpoma in which housing is one of man basic necessity are social warfare as well as its attributed problems are to be evaluated.
The research will entail the examination of scope, significance and objectives of study, adoption of statistical analysis in testing hypothesis. And in-depth knowledge will be required to enable one know the background of housing problems, in addition to the housing problems affecting the residents of Ekpoma. I will also analyze the implication of the housing problems on the location choice of housing and what way it will help in decision making individual residential areas. At the end of the research work, conclusions will be found and recommendations will be found and recommendations will be prescribed on how to ameliorate the housing problems in the study areas. A few researchers have worked on the related areas but could not relatively bring to the bear the near solution to i.e. thus the problems that.
